Amy Curran, PA-C, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD. During her undergraduate program, she successfully completedan internship at the United States Naval Academy where she worked for the Women’s soccer teamas an Athletic Trainer. After her undergraduate studies, Amy worked at Union Memorial Sports Medicine and was contracted at John Caroll High School in Bel Air to support their sports teams as Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Amy then went on to attend the Towson University and CCBC Essex Master Program and earned her degree in Physician Assistant studies.
Upon successfully receiving her Physician Assistant National certification, Amy was hand selected to work Neurosurgery as First Assist in North Carolina at First Health of the Carolinas. After two and a half years,she returned to Maryland where she worked another seven years in Neurosurgery at a private practice.
Amy has worked at Sports and Spine Pain Management for the past 3 years, evaluating patients in the office setting.
